At the design stage we account for the client specification, the requirements of international aviation standards and how the component will be operated in service. This lays the groundwork for precise and efficient production in the stages that follow.
Production follows strict process controls on high-precision equipment. Every batch of components undergoes interim inspection before the production cycle is complete, so deviations are caught early.
Final quality control covers every item against international aviation standards — from geometric parameters to functional testing. Only then is a component released for shipment to the customer.
This approach lets us handle both standard products and bespoke technical specifications, adapting each stage of the cycle to the specific requirements of the project.
