Rubber Products

Rubber products are designed to provide sealing, protection, shock absorption and insulation for components of aircraft systems and ground aviation equipment. Such products include various rubber strips, rubber rings of various shapes and cross-sections, as well as molded items, such as caps, bushings and couplings.

Round cross section O-rings as per OST1.00980-80; fixing hardware for sealing system connections as per OST1.11526-80, 11527-80, 11528-80, 11529-80; shaft sealing cups as per GOST 8752-79 and other products.

Standard aviation-grade sealing and sealing-and-fastening products with standardized geometry and high-precision manufacturing.

Design of the products ensures proper sealing of system connections and rotating shafts, as well as reliable functioning in hydraulic fluid, fuel and oil environments.

The products are resistant to vibration, pressure and rapid temperature changes. Design and materials of the products make them resistant to respective fluids.
