Filters

01.

Intended use:

Aircraft filters are designed for removal of foreign particles from fluids (fuel or hydraulic fluid) in aircraft systems. They are used to ensure reliable operation of fuel, oil and hydraulic systems and to protect system units.

FG11SN is an aircraft high-pressure fine mesh filter designed for removal of foreign particles from oils and hydraulic fluids in aircraft and helicopter systems. Rated pressure: 210 kgf/cm² (21 MPa). Rated fineness: 12 to 16 microns. Filter capacity: up to 15–20 liters/min. Operating temperature: -60°C to +150°C.

8D2.966.134-01 is an aircraft coarse fuel filter with a bypass valve and electric indicator to monitor clogging of the filtering element. Rated pressure: 4.5 MPa (45 kgf/cm²). Absolute fineness: 200 microns. Filter capacity: 835 liters/min. Fluid: aviation fuel. Operating temperature: -50°C to +150°C

03.

Design features:

In terms of design, both products are knock-down filter assemblies with replaceable filtering elements and monitoring and protection modules.

Filtering is achieved by fluid passing through the filtering element which retains foreign particles in its structure, while the filtered fluid goes further into the system.
